ICT Capacity Building Among Teachers in Kenya is a preparedness requirement for successful implementation of the solar laptops in primary schools in Kenya. However, the question is, how best can the capacity building be carried out in the country to ensure teachers accept this appropriate yet infeasible project in Kenya.
